It's €10 of Omio credit for your first booking. It shows up on the checkout page and comes off the ticket price. It isn't cash and can't be withdrawn.
Your basket has to reach a minimum price, not counting service fees, and Omio shows that minimum in the Refer a Friend section of your account. On flights the rules are tighter: the basket must be at least €100, only €5 of the credit can be used, and the rest stays for your next booking.
